Page Executive is seeking an experienced Site Director for a well-established international manufacturing organization in Mexico. You will provide strategic and operational leadership for the site, overseeing safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance while aligning with global objectives.

You will drive Lean and CI initiatives, lead large teams, manage organizational change, and partner with regional and global stakeholders to enable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Advanced degree is considered a plus.
• Fluent English and Spanish required.
• Proven experience in site/director level leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience with Lean and CI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall strategic and operational leadership for the site.

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience as a Site Director, Plant Director, Operations Director, or equivalent senior manufacturing leader.
• Strong track record leading complex manufacturing operations.
• Demonstrated success driving operational excellence and business transformation initiatives.
• Extensive experience implementing Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and lead large, multi-level teams.
• Experience managing organizational change and restructuring initiatives.
• Excellent strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working within regional and global organizational structures.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
• Fluent English & Spanish is required.
