Page Executive is seeking an experienced Site Director for a well-established international manufacturing organization in Mexico. You will provide strategic and operational leadership for the site, overseeing safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance while aligning with global objectives.

You will drive Lean and CI initiatives, lead large teams, manage organizational change, and partner with regional and global stakeholders to enable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Advanced degree is considered a plus.
• Fluent English and Spanish required.
• Proven experience in site/director level leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience with Lean and CI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall strategic and operational leadership for the site.
• Drive operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term site strategies.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Champion transformation and change management efforts.
• Build and develop leadership teams while fostering a high-performance environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Partner with regional and global stakeholders to support growth.
• Monitor key metrics and drive performance improvements.
• Strengthen employee engagement, talent development, and succession planning.
