Job summary

Page Executive is seeking a Plant Manager for a growing Mexican manufacturing operation. You will lead all plant activities, drive safety, quality, and cost performance, and set a growth strategy to expand capacity and operations.

You will build and mentor a high-performing leadership team, own productivity and profitability, champion Lean and continuous improvement, and coordinate with commercial, engineering, supply chain, and corporate teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience scaling facilities through growth or turnaround.
• Proven ability to build high-performing leadership teams.
• Lean, Operational Excellence and CI expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead all plant operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
• Drive the site's growth strategy, capacity expansion, and operational scalability.
• Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing leadership team.
• Own plant performance, including productivity, profitability, and KPIs.
• Champion Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Partner with commercial, engineering, supply chain, and corporate teams.
• Lead capital investment projects and operational transformation initiatives.
• Establish high standards of accountability and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with all quality, environmental, and safety standards.
• Act as the primary site leader, representing the operation with customers, suppliers, and executive leadership.

The Successful Applicant

• Experience leading a facility through growth, expansion, transformation, or turnaround.
• Proven success developing high-performing leadership teams and succession pipelines.
• Strong expertise in Lean, Operational Excellence, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to improve productivity, quality, service, and cost performance.
• Hands‑on leader who balances strategic vision with execution.
• Strong business acumen with full ownership of operational and financial results.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Engineering degree required; advanced degree preferred.
