Job summary

Forvia, a global mobility technology leader, is seeking a Shopfloor Logistics Supervisor in Aguascalientes. You will manage the internal flow of pieces from receipt to shipping and ensure customer delivery, production line supplies and visual management across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Experience in production or logistics in an industrial setting.
• Fluent English required.
• Knowledge of logistics tools and systems (MRP, FIFO, MPM).
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal flow of pieces from receipt to shipping.
• Ensure on-time delivery to customers and supply to production lines.
• Oversee logistics basics, visual management, equipment and human resources.
• Drive productivity gains and lead the logistics team.
