Job summary

Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader, seeks a Warehouse Manager in San Luis Potosí to oversee end-to-end material management, from raw receipt to finished goods delivery. This role requires guiding a logistics team, ensuring inventory accuracy, and implementing lean practices.

You will drive FIFO, improve processes, and collaborate with planning to align with customer requirements; strong communication, English fluency, and a Bachelor’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience leading a logistics team and implementing lean principles.
• Strong inventory management and proactive communication.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory management (receiving, material handling, shipping).
• Ensure accurate receiving of components per Faurecia’s 7 Inventory Basics.
• Store raw components with visual management; communicate shortages to material planning.
• Implement FIFO to minimize obsolescence impact from product changes.
• Develop and execute delivery schedules to meet customer requirements.
• Prepare standard work instructions detailing material management and logistics processes.
• Oversee material management from receipt to delivery of a completed unit.
• Interview, hire, train, and manage performance; develop employees and address issues.
• Define measurable indicators to drive performance and improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement events and lean initiatives in Production Control and Logistics.
• Maintain 5S in all areas.
