Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in warehouse supervision, a logistics or supply chain degree, strong leadership, and English communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably in automotive industry.
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, inventory management, and shipping of products.
• Supervise and motivate warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational guidelines.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory audits to minimize discrepancies.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure quality standards are met, and products are handled according to specified procedures to prevent damage.
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment for all warehouse employees.
• Generate and analyze reports on warehouse performance metrics, inventory levels, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, production, and quality assurance to ensure seamless operations.
