A diversified organization in Veracruz is seeking a Shipping Customer Assistant to coordinate domestic and international shipments. The role involves acting as the primary customer contact for inquiries, providing order status updates, and preparing shipping documents. Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary customer contact for shipping-related inquiries.
• Provide order status updates, delivery confirmations, and shipment tracking information.
• Arrange and coordinate domestic and international shipments with carriers and freight forwarders.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs paperwork.
• Monitor shipment schedules and track deliveries to ensure on-time arrival.
• Resolve shipping issues, delays, damages, or discrepancies with carriers.
