Mastercard Colombia, Inc. in Mexico seeks a Manager, Settlement Operations to lead daily settlement processing and reconciliation for the Mexico Clearinghouse. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance while supporting customer-facing operations.

The role demands a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities and communicate complex issues clearly to internal and external partners.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or MIS or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• MBA is a plus, but not required.
• Knowledge of card payments industry, banking back office payment operations, and SPEI local payments with 6–8 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, treasury operations, and the payment operations industry.
• Proven ability to analyze problems and offer solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with cross-functional partners.
• Must be self-motivated and a good team player.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify reconciliation issues related to Mexico Clearinghouse submissions and consult with Technology teams to mitigate impact.
• Ensure regulatory obligations are met related to funding local Clearinghouses daily and consult on new regulations and requirements.
• Provide direct support to team as needed to assist with daily operations, including providing backup coverage of key functions.
• Assist with Settlement Operations to troubleshoot, communicate and resolve settlement issues in a timely manner.
• Liaise with customer facing teams to action complex settlement issues.
• Working with external customers and internal business partners to advise on the settlement set ups.
