Cognizant Mexico is hiring an experienced Business Analyst to join our LATAM-facing team. You will understand ISO 8583 message flows for card authorization, clearing, and settlement and coordinate with LATAM vendors and clients in Spanish and English.

Based in Monterrey, Guadalajara, Querétaro or Mexico City, you will support reconciliation, investigate exceptions, and help optimize payment processes while working in a dynamic, inclusive environment that values growth and development

Formación

• Banking, Cards & Payments domain expertise.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 8583 messaging.
• Experience with payments clearing and settlement.
• Experience designing and troubleshooting message routing.
• Fluent English and Spanish abilities.
