Formación

• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years IT and ServiceNow business process analysis experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and facilitate client workshops to map as-is and to-be processes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Support delivery within timelines and budget.
• Bridge business needs with technical teams and document requirements.
• Prepare functional specs, gap analyses, process diagrams, and user stories.
• Ensure acceptance criteria are clear for development and testing.
