What You’ll Be Doing

Ondaro is seeking a Business Process Consultant. You’ll work independently with stakeholders to analyze, design, and improve business processes using ServiceNow capabilities. You will translate business requirements into functional solutions and support delivery teams.

• Develop and maintain revenue recognition and invoicing processes, including collections.
• Lead workshops with business stakeholders to identify process improvements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Design optimized workflows using ServiceNow capabilities.
• Support backlog prioritization and solution validation.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure alignment with platform best practices.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM and enterprise service management processes.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, HRSD or SPM).
• Experience facilitating workshops and gathering requirements.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional designs.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as ITIL.
