Slalom Build is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant focused on Customer Service Management (CSM). You will configure, develop, and integrate ServiceNow solutions, translating business requirements into platform capabilities while engaging stakeholders across IT and business teams.

The role emphasizes hands‑on delivery, architecture input, and mentorship in a fast‑paced enterprise setting.

Formación

3+ full‑lifecycle ServiceNow implementations in a technical consultant, hands‑on configuration and development, or technical lead capacity
Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements and writing well‑formed user stories and acceptance criteria
Ability to communicate and build relationships at all levels of an organization, translating technical concepts for technical and non‑technical audiences
Strong problem‑solving and debugging ability, with the capacity to diagnose complex platform issues and deliver on tight schedules

Responsabilidades

Configure and implement ServiceNow CSM solutions including omnichannel intake, routing, and self‑service
Design and build integrations between ServiceNow and adjacent enterprise systems
Own technical design artifacts and configuration workbooks
Mentor teammates on configuration, scripting, integration patterns, and best practices
Respond to RFIs/RFPs with authoritative ServiceNow content and estimation inputs
Contribute to practice development through reusable components and playbooks
