Qualifications

2 years of experience in Software Development/Software Integration.
Proficient in JavaScript and HTML.
Advanced experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP, Python).
Experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.
Experience in ITAM modules (Software Asset Management, Hardware Management and ITOM).
Knowledge of SCCM, Intune and JAMF.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform with focus on IT Asset Management.
Customize workflows, business rules, and UI policies to support asset lifecycle and enterprise wide software license requests.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST API and SOAP API.
Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and maintain platform performance.
Collaborate with product owner and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions.
