Accenture México is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and customize applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform. You will write server-side and client-side scripts, build integrations with REST/SOAP APIs, and collaborate with architects, analysts, and QA to deliver scalable solutions.

Required are 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, strong JavaScript skills, and experience with ServiceNow Studio and App Engine.

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and server-side/client-side scripting within ServiceNow.
• Experience building integrations using REST, SOAP, or similar.
• Understanding of ServiceNow data model, tables, and relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and customize applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
• Write server-side and client-side scripts using JavaScript and Glide APIs.
• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems (REST/SOAP).
• Develop custom applications, tables, forms, and workflows using Studio and App Engine.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from analysis to deployment.
• Troubleshoot and debug scripts and application issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Follow best practices for code quality, version control, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
• Write server-side and client-side scripts using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, Integration Hub, etc.).
• Develop custom applications, tables, forms, and workflows using ServiceNow Studio and App Engine.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle: requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and debug scripts and application issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (architects, analysts, QA) to deliver scalable solutions.
• Follow best practices for code quality, version control, and documentation.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on development experience with the ServiceNow platform (as a developer, not as an end-user/admin of ITSM processes).
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and server-side/client-side scripting within ServiceNow (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies).
• Experience with Glide APIs and ServiceNow Studio.
• Experience building integrations (REST, SOAP, Web Services, Integration Hub, or similar).
• Understanding of ServiceNow data model, tables, and relationships.
• English proficiency: B2 or higher (written and spoken) — required for daily communication with international teams.
