Tata Consultancy Services in Mexico seeks a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design and deliver advanced configurations across CSM, ITSM, HRSD, and SLO modules, with strong integration experience. Candidates should be located in or willing to relocate to Querétaro, CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey, and attend office at least two days per week; English fluency and Azure DevOps expertise are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop advanced ServiceNow configurations across CSM ITSM HRSD and SLO modules.
• Architect integrations using IntegrationHub MID Server REST/SOAP to connect with Workday, PeopleSoft, and SaaS platforms.
• Lead design reviews and enforce Azure DevOps gates and SDLC standards.
• Own Now Assist (GenAI) feature rollouts including AI-assisted deflection and knowledge article generation.
• Coordinate upgrade readiness, patch cycles, and regression test planning for major ServiceNow releases.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions for HRSD IT Service Desk and CSM.
• Produce design docs, integration specs, and runbooks to enterprise standards.
• Mentor junior developers and system admins on best practices and security hardening.

TCS is looking for an ServiceNow Developer Sr.

(Candidate needs to be located or relocate to Querétaro, CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey, it will be requested to attend office at least 2 day per week)

Skill set required:

• Intermediate-Advanced English communication
• 5+ years of hand-on ServiceNow development experience in a production enterprise environment - not lab or sandbox-only work
• Demonstrated delivery across at least three of: CSM, ITSM/HRSD, SLO Management, Integration Hub, or Service Portal
• Production integration experience connecting ServiceNow to external systems via REST, SOAP, JDBC, or MID Server - with error handling and retry logic, not just happy-path flows
• Experience with Workflow Data Fabric or equivalent event-driven integration patterns on the ServiceNow platform
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow security model: ACLs, roles, user criteria, and data isolation patterns
• Fluency in Azure DevOps or equivalent SDLC tooling: branching strategy, code review gates, deployment pipelines for ServiceNow update sets

Main responsibilities:

• Design and develop advanced ServiceNow configurations and customizations across CSM, ITSM, HRSD, and SLO modules, ensuring alignment with platform governance standards and architectural guardrails
• Architect and implement integrations using IntegrationHub, MID Server, REST/SOAP APIs, and Workflow Data Fabric to connect ServiceNow with enterprise systems including Workday, PeopleSoft, and third-party SaaS platforms
• Lead technical design reviews and code reviews, enforcing Azure DevOps stage gates and SDLC standards across the ServiceNow development team
• Own the technical delivery of Now Assist (GenAI) feature rollouts including AI-assisted case deflection, knowledge article generation, and agent workspace enhancements
• Partner with platform administrators on upgrade readiness, patching cycles, and regression test planning for major ServiceNow releases
• Translate complex business requirements from HRSD, IT Service Desk, and CSM stakeholders into scalable, well-documented technical solutions
• Produce and maintain technical design documentation, integration specs, and runbooks to enterprise documentation standards
• Mentor mid-level developers and system administrators on platform best practices, performance tuning, and security hardening
