Motorola Solutions in Reynosa, Mexico is seeking a Dispatch Service Desk Agent to provide courteous telephone support, diagnose equipment issues, and handle order inquiries and service requests within the Transaction Processing & Optimization Team. Requirements include fluent English (written and spoken), a High School Diploma or GED, and at least 1 year of inbound call center experience.

Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 am–5:00 pm, onsite at Industrial Rio Bravo, Reynosa,
