Job summary

Atomic - Remote Jobs is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to own end-to-end data pipelines, connect paid media and CRM data into a centralized BigQuery warehouse, and deliver scalable, reliable data models for Looker Studio dashboards.

You will build modular dbt/Dataform transformations, maintain CI/CD, and ensure strict data segregation across multi-client environments while collaborating with the Data & Analytics Manager to scale reporting for education and nonprofit clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on data engineering experience, ideally in marketing/agency
• Strong SQL, BigQuery experience in transformation and modeling
• Expertise with dbt or Dataform pipelines and version control
• Python for API connections and automation
• CRM data flows and integrations (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Understanding of ROAS, CPA, CAC and paid platform schemas

Responsibilities

• Own data ingestion & pipeline architecture from paid media to warehouse and dashboards
• Own CRM integration to ensure lead/enrollment data flows into the warehouse
• Own the data warehouse in BigQuery including schemas, partitioning, and storage strategy
• Own transformation & mapping with modular dbt/Dataform pipelines and naming conventions
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and enforce data segregation across multi-client environments
• Enable reporting layer with Looker Studio dashboards and Google Sheets reports
• Monitor data quality, troubleshoot discrepancies, and minimize latency across layers
