RealTruck, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to define and drive the warehouse strategy, ensuring end-to-end operations are efficient and aligned with logistics objectives.

You will oversee receiving, storage, material handling, picking, staging, shipping, and inventory control while maintaining high service levels. The role requires leading teams, optimizing layouts, and driving Lean and Industry 4.0 initiatives.

Formación

• Experience leading large warehouse operations and logistics teams.
• Proven track record in implementing Lean and Kaizen improvements.
• Strong ability to partner with Planning, Finance, and Production teams.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the warehouse strategy aligned with objectives.
• Lead end-to-end warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, shipping, inventory control.
• Establish standards, procedures, and controls across warehouse operations.
• Optimize layouts, locations, and material flow.
• Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen).
• Promote Industry 4.0 / 5.0 solutions and digital tools.
• Define and monitor warehouse KPIs and take corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Planning, Production, Engineering, Finance, Quality, EHS, HR, and Material Control.
