Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. seeks a Sr. Vendor Manager for Grocery/Perishables to own the P&L, negotiate with local suppliers, and drive assortment strategy for the MX grocery business.

The role requires 5+ years in retail buying or vendor management, strong analytical skills, and English fluency to communicate with cross-functional teams. You will collaborate with marketing, operations and finance to deliver best-in-class customer experience.

Formación

• Experience in vendor negotiations, pricing and promotion, inventory management, and product development.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English, with ability to take direction in English.
• 5+ years of experience in retail buying, vendor management, category management, or commercial roles in Mexico's grocery/CPG industry.
• Experience managing a P&L or budget with revenue and profitability results.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data-driven decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the Grocery/Perishables category strategy for MX, including selection expansion and pricing strategy.
• Own vendor management and negotiations with local suppliers, onboarding new vendors.
• Manage P&L ownership, profitability, shrink/spoilage reduction, and promotional ROI.
• Partner with instock, supply chain, and operations to optimize forecast accuracy and replenishment cadence.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and finance to improve end-to-end customer experience.
