Amazon Mexico TCEE is seeking a data driven, customer-obsessed leader to head Vendor Specialist Team for Groceries and BWS verticals. You will manage a team of Brand Specialists, deliver business impact, and partner with Vendor Managers to define priorities and targets.

As a TL you will coach, allocate resources, audit operations, and scale initiatives with EU AVS. The role emphasizes people development, collaboration, and strong stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in retail or account management or related leadership roles.
• Proven track record delivering results with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; comfortable working cross-functionally with global teams.

• Partner with managers to define priorities and goals for key vendors.
• Lead a team of Brand Specialists and own joint business plans for strategic vendors.
• Coach team on Amazon mechanisms, processes, and business topics.
