Amazon is seeking a Procurement Manager for Operations in Mexico to own the procurement function for direct and indirect categories. You will manage supplier relationships, contracts, and performance metrics while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive cost efficiency and continuous improvement.

The role requires leadership in a dynamic environment, strong communication skills in English, and a track record of end-to-end procurement delivery.

Formación

• Experience in materials management, logistics, supply chain operations, or shipping supplies.
• Proficient in Excel, including pivots and V-Lookups.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Strong oral and written English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Align with Regional Procurement Manager to provide procurement operations for the building, including non-inventory services, supplier management, sourcing and negotiation, procurement transactions, and project support.
• Establish category sourcing strategies; lead cross-functional teams; negotiate with suppliers and execute contracts.
• Drive relationships with category suppliers to optimize cost of ownership and performance benchmarks.
• Report weekly and monthly on services performance and improvements; track vendor management KPIs.
• Lead the operational procurement process and manage KPI reporting and cost controls.
• Develop relationships across the building and network of procurement and other sites; align with internal customers and finance on savings metrics.
