Job summary

Danone Mexico is seeking a R&I User Experience Senior Manager to lead the UX agenda across our portfolio. You will translate consumer insights into product and packaging strategies, and collaborate with Marketing, Consumer Insights, and Global teams to drive innovation.

Reporting to the VP of Research & Innovation, you will grow and coach a high-performing UX team, stay ahead of market trends, and shape a three-year pipeline for product superiority across the Latin American region.

Qualifications

12+ years in insights, market research, sensory science or UX within FMCG.
Proven track leading sensory and consumer research programs.
Experience leading teams and developing talent.
Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders across Marketing, R&I, Commercial and Global functions.
Experience working with external agencies and cross-functional teams.
Exposure to innovation and consumer-centric design methodologies.

Responsibilities

Lead local UX strategy and roadmap to support innovation and growth.
Translate consumer tensions into actionable recommendations for product and packaging development.
Drive sensory and consumer research programs to deliver superior product experiences.
Lead Product Superiority initiatives and contribute to the 3-year innovation pipeline.
Partner with local and global teams to ensure consumer-centric decision making.
Build relationships with Marketing, Consumer Insights, R&I and external partners to accelerate impact.
Stay ahead of market trends and identify new innovation opportunities.
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing UX team.
