Job summary
Danone Mexico is hiring a Demand Planning Product Analyst to shape and evolve demand planning solutions, improving forecast quality and cross-functional collaboration. The role reports to IT teams and requires translating business needs into actionable requirements and user stories for agile delivery.
You will work with data to validate assumptions, support functional testing, and ensure data quality across planning processes.
Qualifications
- Experience as Product Analyst or Business Analyst in IT/Data environments.
- Solid understanding of Demand Planning concepts, cycles and KPIs.
- Experience with advanced planning platforms (o9, SAP IBP/APO, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, OMP, Anaplan or similar).
- Strong Excel skills: PivotTables, formulas, data reconciliation.
- Basic SQL to extract and validate data.
- Fluent Spanish and English (Mexico base, cross-border support).
Responsibilities
- Serve as the interface between demand planning and IT/data teams.
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories.
- Support forecasting, demand review, and S&OP capabilities.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure DoR/DoD alignment.
- Contribute to data quality, system integrations, and testing.
