The Coca-Cola Company in Mexico City seeks a Senior Manager of Product Development for the Juice category in LATAM to lead development and renovation initiatives across the region. You will translate consumer and market insights into scalable, technically feasible beverage solutions and guide cross-functional teams from concept through commercialization.

This leadership role requires deep expertise in fruit juice systems, regulatory and quality considerations, and strong stakeholder management

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Food Technology or related field required.
• 8+ years of product development experience in the beverage industry, with preference in juice drink categories.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional product development projects from concept to launch.
• Expertise in fruit ingredients, sweeteners, additives used in juice systems.
• Strong knowledge of non-carbonated beverage processing: blending, pasteurization, aseptic processing, filling, scale-up.
• Ability to influence across a matrix and align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills to synthesize complexity for senior leadership.

• Lead the product development and execution for Juice Category initiatives across LATAM, from concept shaping to commercialization.
• Translate consumer, business and market insights into technically feasible solutions.
• Drive an holistic R&D approach covering formulation, processing, regulatory, quality, sensory, packaging, scale-up, cost, and supply considerations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, and bottling partners for alignment.
• Lead development and renovation of juice, nectar, and juice drink portfolios, including reduced-sugar and functional platforms.
