Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior UX Designer to transform experience and visual direction into UI specs and prototypes for production in Unreal Engine. You will shape flows, navigation, and component frameworks ensuring consistency across platforms and input methods.

Responsibilities include defining UI flows, building a scalable component library, and detailing behaviors, with close collaboration to engineers and UI artists to maintain technical viability and quality.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of UI/UX experience in shipped products or game interfaces.
• High-level Figma expertise: components, auto-layout, libraries.
• Ability to create annotated screens, interaction notes, and state diagrams.
• Experience designing UI within Unreal Engine and UMG concepts.
• Strong English (B2+) for business communication.

Responsibilities

• Plot UI flows and design in-game screens, producing build-ready specs.
• Grow a scalable UI component framework with patterns and states.
• Define navigation, focus order, and edge cases for responsiveness.
• Collaborate with client engineers and UI artists to ensure viability.
• Lead ongoing polish by reviewing builds and refining designs.
