Eaton is seeking a Sr Test Development Engineer for its IS VEH EMB division. You will design, validate and implement insourcing and NPI projects for the PCBA Center Of Excellence, including test fixtures, ICT/Functional Tester programs, and production handoff processes.

You will collaborate with global design teams, manage equipment quotes, and apply DFT principles while ensuring compliance with Eaton standards. Strong English and Spanish communication are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, biomedical engineering or similar.
• 3-5 years of experience in electronic/electrical test engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in NPI or transfers in an electronic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Design, validate and implement insourcing and NPI projects for the PCBA Center Of Excellence.
• Prepare process documentation, test training, and fixture designs.
• Develop ICT and Functional Tester test programs and fixtures.
• Procure parts for test equipment; manage capital equipment quotations and installation.
• Coordinate handoffs with production and implement Design for Testing (DFT).
