Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Mechatronics or similar.
3-5 years in electronic/electrical test engineering roles.
3-5 years in NPI or transfers in an electronic environment.
Strong ICT/Functional Tester experience; English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Design, validate and implement insourcing and NPI projects for the PCBA Center Of Excellence.
Prepare process documentation, test training, and capital equipment requirements.
Develop test fixtures and validate ICT/Functional tests; coordinate with global design teams.
Support test equipment procurement, qualification, and ongoing reliability plans.
Lead test program development, DFT integration, and production handoff.
Coordinate with production for handoffs and ensure adherence to Eaton standards.
