Eaton is seeking a Test Engineer for its IS VEH EMB division in Mexico. You will design, validate, implement and sustain test systems, document procedures, and promote automation across test processes.

• 1-3 years of experience in electrical test and equipment areas.
• 1-3 years of experience building electronic products.
• Experience with PFMEA, process flow and APQP.

Responsabilidades

• Design, validate, implement and sustain test systems with documentation.
• Develop test fixtures and automation to improve reliability and safety.
• Lead improvements for Industry 4.0 with an automotive mindset.
• Route and manage test processes to reduce downtime and costs.
• Create training materials and ensure operator readiness.
• Develop and implement TPM and calibration programs.
