Eaton is seeking a Sr Test Development Engineer to design, validate and implement insourcing and NPI projects for the PCBA Center Of Excellence. The role involves coordinating with global design engineering teams and developing test programs and fixtures.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in electronic test engineering, strong ICT/Functional tester skills, programming in C/C++, LabVIEW and Python, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic, Electromechanical, mechatronics, biomedical engineering or similar.
• 3–5 years of experience in electronic/electrical test engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in NPI or transfers in an electronic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Design, validate and implement insourcing and NPI projects for the PCBA Center Of Excellence.
• Develop test fixtures, test programs and qualification documentation.
• Coordinate with global design engineering teams across the globe.
• Procure parts for test equipment and manage test program execution.
• Support safety remediation and validation for new testers according to Eaton standards.
• Lead handoff coordination with production for test processes and DFt guidance.
