Eaton is seeking a Test Technician in Mexico to support electrical test equipment, troubleshoot fixtures, and assist with NPI validation. You will train operators, interpret schematics, and contribute to process improvements on the line.

Ideal candidates have a technical degree and 1–3 years in electrical testing, with proficiency in LabVIEW or CVI and experience using oscilloscopes and DMMs. This on-site role offers growth in a global engineering environment.

Formación

• Technical degree in Electronics, Electromechanics, or Electrical Technology.
• 1–3 years experience in electrical test and equipment.
• Familiar with IPC standards and schematic interpretation.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain electrical test equipment per maintenance schedules.
• Develop and validate test fixtures and harnesses.
• Read schematics for analysis.
• Train test machine operators on proper use.
• Support NPI and test equipment validation via MSA.
• Suggest improvements at workstations.
