Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ICT programming, fixture design/manufacturing, and factory testing.
• Experience in HW design understanding, board debug capabilities, and structured test understanding.
• Good knowledge of board manufacturing flow, PCB/fixture design, and proven program management capability.

Responsibilities

• Define ICT capability, HW design requirements, and board debug capabilities.
• Optimize the structural test plan to find SMT, PCB, and component issues earlier.
• Support production bring‑up and debugging including new tester platform bring‑up.
