Eaton eMobility Tijuana seeks a test engineering professional to design, validate and implement insourcing and NPI projects for the PCBA Center Of Excellence. You will develop fixtures, validation tests, and training while coordinating with global design teams.

Responsibilities include test program development, equipment quotations, handoff with production, and adherence to IPC-610/ESD standards. Strong English and Spanish communication skills are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic, Electromechanical, mechatronics, biomedical engineering or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Design, validate and implement insourcing and NPI projects for the PCBA Center Of Excellence.
• Prepare process documentation, test training, capital equipment and fixture designs.
• Coordinate with design engineering teams worldwide for testing development and DFT.
