Jabil is seeking a hands‑on Test Engineer III to design and maintain test hardware and software for electronic circuit board manufacturing. You will lead test activities across ICT, FVT, ESS, and system‑level test, and mentor technicians to improve product quality and efficiency.

You will coordinate with customers and cross‑functional teams, perform data analysis, and drive continuous improvements while supporting NPI activities and ensuring successful launches.

Formación

• Bachelors in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in Test Engineering within manufacturing.
• Mandatory experience with Keysight ICT platforms, i3070.
• Experience across ICT, Functional Test, ESS, System‑Level Test.
• Proven customer‑facing technical communication and leadership.
• Strong testing equipment maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
• Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain test hardware, software, and procedures.
• Lead and support test engineering activities across ICT, FVT, ESS, and System‑Level Test.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and guidance to Test Engineers and Technicians.
• Drive test process improvements, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Support New Product Introduction activities and ensure successful launches.
• Act as primary technical interface with customers and resolve issues.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and ensure tester uptime.
• Analyze test data, identify trends, and drive improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve objectives.
