Job summary

Flex is seeking an experienced Sr Test Engineer to support high‑quality product development at its Guadalajara, North Campus. The role focuses on implementing cost‑effective test methods, troubleshooting systems, software, and equipment, reporting to the Director of Process Engineering.

You will lead testing activities, develop test programs in Python/LabVIEW/Perl, design test hardware, and drive KPI analyses. Advanced English is mandatory for this senior position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, mechatronics or related field.
• Solid experience in NPI.
• Strong experience as a Test Engineer.
• Advanced English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates testing and test control apparatus and software.
• Develops and modifies test programs using Python, LabVIEW, Perl.
• Develops instrument drivers and supports diagnostic tests.
• Designs test hardware, platforms and interfaces.
• Develops test plans and procedures.
• Performs testability analysis (DFT) and KPI management.
