CPKC seeks a skilled Training Instructor to develop, facilitate, and maintain advanced technical courses for locomotive operations. You will coordinate long-term programs, manage vendors, and ensure compliance with federal licenses across the network.

The ideal candidate will deliver new-hire and promotion training at multiple locations, refine training requirements with business leaders, and drive tactical results with independent work and minimal supervision.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in a related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develops, facilitates, and maintains advanced technical courses for locomotive engineers.
• Coordinates and administers long-term training programs, vendor management and contract administration.
• Evaluates performance of students and training programs; communicates with business leaders to refine requirements.
• Delivers new-hire and promotion training at multiple locations and ensures compliance with federal licenses.
• Maintains documentation and uses current technology to enhance training processes.
