Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience.
• 4–5 years in technical support with hardware focus (printing devices, RFID, mobile tech).
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve complex hardware and software issues for industrial printing and RFID products.
• Provide high-level escalation support via phone, email, and chat.
• Document issues and improvements, contribute to process enhancement.
