• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent vocational qualification/experience in a related technical field.
• 4–5 years of proven experience in technical support with emphasis on hardware maintenance (printing devices, RFID, and mobile technology).
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Advanced Hardware & Software Troubleshooting: diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair print engines and printers to minimize downtime.
• Customer Success & Escalation Management: serve as escalation point and provide top-tier support via phone, email, and chat.
• Leadership & Process Improvement: mentor teammates, improve support processes, and report on center performance.
