Motorola Solutions seeks a Customer Service Representative in Reynosa to handle inbound calls and resolve complex customer issues with a customer-first mindset.

You will gain product knowledge to provide accurate information, troubleshoot printing equipment and computers, and maintain detailed customer records while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient solutions.

Formación

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Education: High School Diploma, GED, or Certificado de Preparatoria (USA or Mexico).
• 2-year of work experience.
• Full-time availability.
• Availability to work in Reynosa, 3 days from our site (Ave. Industrial del Norte esq. Ave Industrial Rio Bravo Suite B Parque Industrial del Norte Reynosa).

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound calls and resolve a wide range of customer issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain accurate records.
• Develop product knowledge to offer reliable information to customers.
• Troubleshoot issues with printing equipment and computers to resolve problems.
• Document interactions and update the support system for follow-up.
• Collaborate with sales, technical support, and product teams to resolve issues.
• Aim to exceed customer expectations and ensure satisfaction.
