NTT DATA seeks a Field Tech Engineer to join our Chihuahua team. The role involves configuring desktop and notebook systems and printers at client sites, plus providing basic support to users in a fast-paced environment.

Travel to client locations may be required, and strong customer service skills will help ensure smooth on-site interactions. This position supports our inclusive, adaptable and forward-thinking organization in MX.

Formación

• Basic knowledge of Windows operating system.
• Basic client service skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
• Performs basic configuration of desktop, notebook and printers.

Responsabilidades

• Configure desktop, notebook, and printers at client sites.
• Assist with simple parts replacement and repair on desktops, notebooks and printers.
• Provide basic technical support and guidance to customers.
• Travel to client locations as needed.
