DyStar in Mexico and Central America seeks a Senior Technical Sales Representative to bridge laboratory expertise with commercial leadership. You will manage key accounts, expand distributors, and support consumer products in Mexico, using chemistry know-how to drive growth.

Spanish and English communication is required; travel and regional collaboration with the Americas are expected, with opportunity to grow into broader roles.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or related field.
• 6 years' experience in CASE markets and chemical sales in Food & Beverage.
• 3–5 years in performance chemicals sales with emphasis on surface coatings.
• Strong English and Spanish communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Promote DyStar products through presentations and applications to generate sales.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking and understanding customer needs.
• Train customers in the application of DyStar products and processes, updating them with new technologies.
• Maintain CRM records and prepare sales forecasts.
• Develop and manage a viable opportunity pipeline per plan with Business Management Team.
• Support distributor network and house accounts.
