Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. - D44 is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for its Support Engineering Program. This role leads cross‑functional initiatives from concept to launch to improve reliability and performance of global systems.

You will partner with product managers and stakeholders, drive design-to-deployment launches, and push for technical excellence while communicating risks and progress openly. The environment blends startup speed with global scale.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
2+ years of agile software development experience.
5+ years of experience in software.

Responsabilidades

Collaborate with various areas of the business to manage multiple projects effectively.
Partner with stakeholders and product managers to ensure successful software launches from design to deployment.
Pursue technical excellence and drive positive project changes.
Communicate risks, progress, launches, and retrospectives to stakeholders with transparency.
