Amazon Mexico is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to lead Cross-border Delivery Experience and Cost to Serve initiatives for LatAm, covering MX and BR. You will partner with finance, operations and product teams to optimize processes and drive measurable improvements.

The role emphasizes data analysis, stakeholder management, and delivering high-quality programs on time in a dynamic environment. Fluency in English is required, and a strong background in program management is expected.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in business development, account management, product or project management, financial analysis or marketing.
• Experience leading analysis, customer segmentation and product behavior analysis.
• Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading).
• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead programs to improve Cross-border Seller, Customer and Delivery experience and cost to serve for LatAm.
• Define high-priority improvements to reach business goals and monitor progress.
• Communicate project status clearly across teams and leadership.
• Collaborate with finance, operations and tech teams to optimize cost to serve.
• Analyze key metrics and develop recommendations for improvements.
