Amazon Mexico is seeking a Sr Program Manager, Replenishment & Inventory to lead launch and sustainment of new speed-focused fulfillment programs and optimize inventory across the MX network, interfacing with Retail, Operations, Transportation, Finance and Technology teams.

This role focuses on end-to-end planning, S&OP cadence, replenishment logic, and proactive/inbound strategies to ensure on-time delivery and inventory health in a fast-growing market.

Formación

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 6+ years of working with external suppliers.
• Bachelor's degree and fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the launch plan and operational readiness for new speed-focused fulfillment programs within the MX network.
• Design replenishment and re-stock frameworks to optimize inventory availability and fill rates.
• Develop inventory transfer strategies to balance network health and meet customer promise.
• Build capacity models, demand signals, and dashboards to inform planning decisions.
• Drive S&OP cadence and align demand forecasts with capacity and execution.
