Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. is seeking a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Area Manager to lead a team of technicians at our MX facilities. You will train, coach and develop staff while focusing on safety and equipment availability.

You will collaborate with the broader network to implement standard maintenance practices, manage preventative programs and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of maintenance or engineering experience in automated material handling or high-speed manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, support and mentor the team, ensuring safe, standard and efficient work.
• Collaborate with the network to apply technical expertise and build solutions.
• Support the Reliability Engineering Manager with safety programs and compliance.
• Implement network standards and preventative maintenance for high equipment availability.
• Ensure adequate technical coverage by organizing and directing team training.
• Organize local projects or MX level projects as assigned.
• Be prepared to work shifts to stay connected with the team.
