Amazon Web Services Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. seeks a Sr Customer Solutions Manager to guide strategic customers through AWS adoption, coordinating Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture and ProServe to deliver transformational outcomes.

This role requires 7+ years leading large-scale programs, strong customer engagement, and expertise in cloud strategies; English proficiency and a technical background are preferred; the team emphasizes data-driven decision making and a culture of inclusion.

Formación

• 7+ years leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with proven thought leadership and program delivery.
• Knowledge of enterprise cloud strategies and distributed applications.
• Experience guiding cross-functional transformation projects across multiple teams.
• Proficient English writing and verbal communication.
• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of technical work experience in relevant fields.
• Experience engaging with customer executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced tech.
• PMP/ SCRUM/ SAFe certification or equivalent is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own & Influence: Lead end-to-end projects across Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, ProServe, and customer teams.
• Guide Adoption: Understand customer business and evangelize AWS solutions at the right time.
• Drive Transformation: Lead customers through AWS adoption using large-scale delivery experience.
• Advocate & Coach: Be the customer's cloud coach internally and their voice to AWS leadership.
• Execute Strategy: Translate goals into plans and deliver industry-changing outcomes.
