Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience including leading complex engineering organizations.
• Experience delivering large-scale, mission-critical transactional systems.
• Experience in highly regulated, transaction-intensive environments.

Responsibilities

• Define engineering strategy for Openbank Mexico and Open Digital Services (ODS).
• Lead end-to-end engineering execution from discovery to production stabilization.
• Establish engineering excellence with modern software practices including AI-assisted development.
• Partner with global teams to align local solutions with global platforms.
