Qualifications

• 6-10 years relevant experience in technology leadership.
• Experience delivering mobile apps (iOS/Android/hybrid).
• Proven leadership of high-performance teams and multi-year programs.
• Experience driving digital transformation and innovation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with technology, delivery and marketing to deliver mobile products in agile fashion.
• Collaborate with Technology, Digital Bank, Marketing and Finance to support mobile strategies.
• Provide hands-on project management to lead design, development and deployment of mobile and online banking solutions.
• Assess technology trends, competitive landscape and customer behavior to drive adoption and satisfaction.
• Manage a business development team and ensure risk controls and compliance.
