Salesforce is seeking a Technical Architect for Field Service AI to design and implement scalable solutions for field service scenarios. You will collaborate with customers and implementers to define requirements, KPIs, and run simulations to optimize scheduling with AI.

The role emphasizes leadership in global client-facing projects, expertise in Salesforce technologies (APEX, Flows), and familiarity with Generative AI tools. Willingness to travel 20–30% is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Industrial Engineering, CS, Mathematics, Economics, etc.).
• Extensive Field Service domain experience across projects.
• 3+ years in client-facing and leadership roles within global organizations.
• 3+ years in analytical/problem-solving roles with data insights.
• Experience with Salesforce Field Service, Admin, Service Cloud, Platform Dev 1, and AI (nice to have).
• Experience designing Salesforce solutions using APEX and Flows.
• Experience with Generative AI-based tools.
• Familiarity with scheduling or logistics industry.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with customers to conceptualize, design, and implement AI Field Service solutions.
• Define technical requirements and KPIs with customers and operations teams.
• Design and run simulation experiments; optimize scheduling using AI techniques.
• Lead technical programs for complex Field Service use cases aligning with business goals.
• Stay current on product capability advancements and drive co-innovation with the product team.
