Epicor is seeking a seasoned technical support specialist to diagnose and resolve escalated client-server software issues with minimal supervision. You will communicate with customers by phone, email or chat, applying product knowledge and strong problem-solving skills.

You will troubleshoot across SQL servers, web servers, payment terminals, network printers, and mobile devices, and contribute to knowledge bases while mentoring teammates to uphold high service standards.

Formación

• 5+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
• 2+ years of specialized/industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)

Responsabilidades

• Resolve escalated issues with minimal supervision using technical product knowledge.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email or chat.
• Troubleshoot client-server software issues incl. Microsoft SQL, web servers, payment terminals, network printers, and Android/iOS devices.
• Develop processes to gather, track and triage issues; assess validity and route to appropriate team.
• Mentor team members to ensure consistency and high service standards.
• Specialize in key areas of the software, including third-party packages.
