Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries (via email or phone)
• Provide support on call-backs to get more details about customer inquiries
• Direct customers to the appropriate department or team for further assistance when necessary
• Monitor customer feedback and escape unresolved concerns to team leaders
• Help maintain and update customer databases
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings
